Remote Support

At times your computer requires some attention by a technician who can speak its language. This doesn’t always however need to be face-to face. Depending on the issues you are experiencing, we may be able to remotely log in (with your permission and assistance of course) to your computer and troubleshoot the issues you are experiencing.

Our remote support is charged at a fixed price and the consultant will advise you of any charges prior to us logging into your computer system. In the event we are unable to resolve your issues remotely, our technical team can arrange an appointment for a technician to come to your home and resolve the problems you are experiencing at your home.
